At Barrows Outdoor, we stand firmly behind the quality and
craftsmanship of every product we make. Our products are built for durability,
performance, and reliability in the outdoors. That’s why we offer a Lifetime
Manufacturer’s Warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty is
non-transferable and applies only to the person who first purchased the
product.
Barrows Outdoor Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Coverage
Products Covered: Whistles, bumpers, leashes,
collars and other Barrows Outdoor gear.
Warranted from the date of shipment to be free
from manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
Non-transferable
Warranty claim must be submitted to Barrows
Outdoor directly and not to a retail store or dealer.
Damaged products must be returned to Barrows
Outdoor in original packaging or adequate packing. Original receipt
What’s Not Covered
Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized
modifications
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fraying, fading,
chewing)
Products used outside intended purpose
Lost or stolen items
Claims must be made in compliance with all terms
of the warranty statement. Barrows Outdoor must reasonably verify that the
product is defective.
Remedies
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the
warranty period, Barrows Outdoor will, at its discretion:
Repair the product
Replace it with the same or comparable item
Issue store credit for the original purchase
price
Exceptions:
Whistles, custom collars, or other custom
products are non-returnable except for manufacturer's defect.
